Updesh ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the Updesh: Bhagavad Gita application ("the App").
We collect no personal data. No analytics SDKs. No advertising. No tracking. No account creation required. Your reading progress, bookmarks, and notes stay on your device and in your private iCloud account.

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, the App may sync your reading progress, bookmarks, and notes across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
When you play a verse's audio for the first time, the App downloads the audio file from our server (hosted on Cloudflare). These requests are standard HTTPS requests. We do not log, track, or store any information about these requests beyond what is standard for content delivery (e.g., Cloudflare's standard infrastructure logs, which are not used for tracking and are automatically deleted).
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages.
